Flight Operations
All flights are subject to weather and operational safety conditions.
Tashereef-initiated cancellations
If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure, you may:
- •Reschedule at no extra cost, or
- •Receive a 100% refund
Client-initiated changes
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed.
- •Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight.
- •Requests within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Failure to meet any safety or eligibility requirement on the flight day without timely cancellation will result in non-refundability.
